IT Project Manager

The company works with market leaders needing enterprise solutions and has over 180 specialists providing services from business analysis, design, and development to long-term maintenance. It also has a sister company IN Team specializing in body leasing and launched the Pretius Low-Code brand in 2021.

• Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience in PMO structures or transformation initiatives.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
• Flexible industry background valuing strong project management capabilities.
• Experience in international projects is an advantage.

• Manage a portfolio of projects or selected initiatives within a strategic cultural development program.
• Deliver projects within thematic areas such as Sports, Events, and Culture.
• Support PMO activities and oversee the execution of project initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project performance and drive timely delivery of key milestones.
• Follow a rotational model initially (3 weeks on-site in Riyadh / 1 week in Poland), transitioning to a balanced 2/2 schedule.
