Wymagania
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a PMO role, preferably within data-related change or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance; experience in Data Modelling is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing global projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights for problem resolution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a global matrix organization.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Obowiązki
- Support Programme and Project Managers to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality, and timelines.
- Monitor and escalate RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to successful resolution.
- Manage delivery governance arrangements in line with organizational change frameworks.
- Track and report on delivery budgets, benefits, and OKRs against committed targets.
- Promote quality reporting on delivery status, milestones, and risks, ensuring adherence to reporting standards.
- Implement delivery standards across all areas of change and perform quality assurance checks throughout the lifecycle.
- Maintain and update project documentation, process documents, and information sources.
- Act as an independent facilitator for post-implementation reviews.
- Provide expertise on agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and contribute to process improvements within the Centre of Excellence.
