Solution Architect Intern

Transactionlink is the world’s first automation platform for building complete digital onboarding experiences. Our no-code platform helps FinTech-enabled companies worldwide navigate the complexities of regulations, geographies, and industry-specific requirements of digital onboarding.

Our product lets businesses build complex automated workflows for their end-customers to onboard to their service. A delightful user experience is absolutely crucial for our customers to be able to build high-converting onboarding journeys that also balance business needs.

• You are available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
• You are a graduate of engineering, mathematics, computer science, or another technical degree.
• You understand the basic principles of code - you don’t need to have developer experience but need to understand how code is executed and how computers “think”.
• You are diligent and detail-orientated - you don’t abandon a problem until it’s solved.
• Great communicator - if you’re stuck, tell us. Otherwise we assume you’re on top of things.
• You care - since we are a startup, you might not always get exact instructions. You should care enough to anticipate what the best solution could be.
• Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are looking for an Architect with technical background to join our post-sales team. In this role, you will help architect solutions and automations for our customers, and work with our growing customer base to solve their unique automation problems.
• We are still a scrappy startup and things can be ambiguous at times. We need someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable with having to put on a few different types of hats at times.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Learn how to use our no-code platform to build end-to-end automations for top FinTechs and Fortune500 companies.
• Customise TransactionLink’s platform for customers’ needs.
• Collect feedback from existing customers on how to improve the product.
• Create automations that solve real customer problems.
• Work with our tech team to suggest improvements to the product based on customer feedback.
