Junior IT Administrator (Infrastructure & Security)

CRIDO is a Polish consulting company focused on helping businesses grow and develop. It advises primarily in tax, legal, and grant acquisition areas, and also supports companies in digitalization, finance management, and employee and management training. The admin teams support business daily by acting as IT, marketing, HR, or administration.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration
• Independent administration of Active Directory (users, groups, GPO, access)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 configuration and management, including basic security principles (MFA, Conditional Access, Compliance)
• Good knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Experience in Windows Server administration and basic Linux Server knowledge
• Practical knowledge of VMware virtualization
• Experience with Fortinet solutions (FortiGate: rules, VPN, monitoring)
• Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Knowledge of basic network and system security principles (firewall rules, segmentation, hardening)

Nice to have:

• Degree in IT, telecommunications, or related field
• Experience with Veeam/Xopero backups
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2)
• Knowledge of Azure cloud solutions
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, JIRA)
• IT or security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, AZ-104)

• Administration and maintenance of IT environment including Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Linux Server, and VMware virtual environment to ensure system continuity and security
• Handling IT incidents in second line support, including diagnosing system and network issues, responding to events, documenting and escalating
• Managing users, accesses, and permissions, including implementing and maintaining security mechanisms (MFA, Conditional Access, access policies)
• Maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure based on Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, VPN), including rule configuration, access, and traffic monitoring
• Monitoring systems, networks, and security events and participating in incident response and root cause analysis
• Implementing and maintaining basic system and network security principles (hardening, firewall rules, segmentation) according to policies
• Collaborating with IT team to identify problems, security gaps, and implement preventive actions
• Participating in audits and security tests (e.g., vulnerability analysis), including data preparation and executing recommendations
• Ongoing cooperation with external SOC, including handling security alerts, correlating events with IT infrastructure, and implementing security recommendations in systems and networks
