Microsoft 365 Application & Azure Owner

The company applies advanced technologies and AI in its recruitment processes and focuses on international labor market transformation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Practical knowledge of Azure AD administration and configuration, including security and compliance policies.
• Experience designing and implementing applications and automation in Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud environment cost optimization.
• Good understanding of IT security and cloud security principles.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and solve them effectively.
• Experience collaborating on projects with various teams.
• Very good communication skills.
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B1).
• Independence and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Monitor performance, security, and proper operation of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD applications.
• Collaborate in FinOps to optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
• Design and develop applications, templates, and automation within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online).
• Administer and configure Azure AD (users, groups, roles, resource access).
• Implement and maintain security and compliance policies in Azure AD (MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection).
• Analyze business needs and design and implement tailored application and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on developing new functionalities and improvements.
• Manage application lifecycle (deployment, maintenance, development, decommissioning).
