Wymagania
- Experience working in business client services (IT support experience is a plus)
- Higher education
- High interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with clients, coworkers, and teams
- High independence, responsibility, and problem-solving orientation
- Proactive attitude and initiative
- Good work organization
- English language proficiency enabling fluent communication
- Experience in IT service management is a plus
Obowiązki
- Manage long-term projects for business clients and develop good relationships with them
- Measure and report key service parameters
- Collaborate with other company departments responsible for service delivery
- Monitor and improve processes and actively participate in solving service-related problems
- Oversee contract budget and be responsible for client-assigned resources
