Lead Software Engineer

• Experience managing global teams working across different time zones and developing offshore engineering teams.
• Knowledge of technological platforms, both internal and cloud-based.
• Engineering skills in multiple programming languages, with experience in databases, schemas, and APIs.
• Practice working in Agile methodology enabling flexible and rapid changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing high-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to present and report data clearly and understandably.
• Creativity and ability to seek new solutions in a dynamic environment.

• Analyze the scope of controls and identify automation opportunities within platform services to improve user operations.
• Manage a team of engineers responsible for creating automation services, workflows, and integrations to control processes at scale.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions automating control processes, including creating APIs, data schemas, and processes.
• Conduct operational and execution activities ensuring high quality and stability of developed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions improving platform process control.
• Monitor project progress and report results, including documenting processes and creating presentations.
