Wymagania

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments (preferably automotive).
  • Strong experience with MES systems (e.g., traceability, OEE, scheduling, quality).
  • Deep understanding of shopfloor systems: PLC, SCADA / HMI, MES, ERP.
  • Experience with OT/IT integration and industrial connectivity.
  • Knowledge of ISA-95 and Purdue Model architectures.
  • Experience with industrial platforms and tools such as Ignition (Inductive Automation), Kepware, Siemens / Rockwell (Allen-Bradley).
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (IIoT, AI/ML, robotics, advanced analytics).
  • Experience with scripting (Python and/or Bash).
  • Familiarity with modern development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET/C#).
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture (cloud, infrastructure, security, data platforms).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience with automation technologies (RPA, workflow orchestration).
  • Experience integrating shopfloor systems with cloud and data platforms.
  • Experience working in global, distributed environments.

Obowiązki

  • Own and define end-to-end architecture for MES ecosystems across the enterprise.
  • Design and enforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and governance models aligned with ISA-95 and Purdue Model.
  • Lead OT/IT integration across systems such as PLCs, SCADA/HMI, MES, and ERP.
  • Architect integrations with industrial platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Ignition, Kepware).
  • Drive Industry 4.0 strategy, including IoT, automation, and smart factory initiatives.
  • Define standards for machine connectivity, data models, and asset structures.
  • Maintain centralized inventory of machines, PLCs, and OT assets.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with global IT, engineering, and plant teams to scale digital solutions.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and validate new technologies in production environments.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance across OT/IT environments.
