Senior OT Consultant (Strategy & Architecture)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for leading clients. The client is a global company in medical technology specializing in imaging diagnostics, patient monitoring, and digital healthcare solutions, seeking a Senior OT Consultant to support a global OT team across six production plants.

• Experience in building and developing OT programs, not only operational maintenance
• Ability to create standards, frameworks, and templates supporting OT environment development
• Capability to design architecture (diagrams, target models, environment reviews)
• Experience in conceptual and strategic work including planning development directions
• Ability to support project planning and create long-term roadmaps
• Good understanding of OT environments and their integration with IT

• Build and develop OT programs within the organization
• Create and standardize OT approaches including frameworks, templates, and guidelines
• Prepare target architectures, clear diagrams, and documentation of environments
• Support project planning and define long-term OT development directions
• Introduce consistency and scalability of OT solutions across different locations
• Increase OT maturity through a more comprehensive and organized approach
