UI/UX Developer - Full remote (F/M)

The position is for a UI/UX Developer working for a client in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on designing and developing the interface layer of an application used for managing reference data and related change workflows within ServiceNow.

• Experience working with ServiceNow (Next Experience / UI Builder / Workspaces)
• Comfortable building interfaces for enterprise and data-heavy applications
• Ability to design clear views and components that simplify complex processes
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS
• Experience with React or a similar component-based framework
• Understanding of data relationships and ability to present them visually (hierarchies, relations, statuses)
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to prepare wireframes and prototypes
• Enjoy collaborating with backend teams and translating business requirements into UI solutions

• Design and develop the application interface in ServiceNow (Next Experience / UI Builder)
• Create clear views, components, and dashboards for business users
• Implement visualizations of data relationships and workflow process statuses
• Enhance search and browsing capabilities for reference data
• Prepare wireframes and prototypes based on business requirements
• Collaborate with backend teams to reflect process logic in the UI
• Build notifications and adoption-support features (e.g., hints, onboarding elements)
• Ensure UI consistency with UX guidelines and organizational standards
