Technical Project Manager

Link Group is hiring a Technical Project Manager to bridge high-level business strategy and hands-on engineering execution, focusing on feature ownership and technical delivery.

• Proven experience working directly within software development environments.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, and databases.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Developer with project coordination skills.
• Ability to balance technical debt with rapid feature delivery.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience or strong theoretical understanding of Machine Learning workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

• Take full end-to-end responsibility for specific product features, from initial technical grooming to production release.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
• Act as the primary translator between stakeholders and engineers, ensuring technical constraints are understood and business value is delivered.
• Manage sprints, mitigate technical risks, and remove blockers to keep the development velocity high.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate machine learning models into the core product ecosystem (Nice to Have).
