Wymagania
- 8+ years of professional experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or large-scale digital transformation environments.
- Strong experience with Salesforce (architecture and platform capabilities).
- Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation or enterprise system transformation programs.
- Enterprise architecture mindset with the ability to align business processes and system design.
- Proven program management expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of AI integration in enterprise systems, within data protection constraints.
Obowiązki
- Lead the CRM transformation program in close coordination with the CRM Business Owner.
- Assess the current Salesforce setup, including processes, usage patterns, and development landscape.
- Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and gaps that limit margin improvement or sales effectiveness.
- Define and drive a transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and structure the work of approximately 40 CRM maintenance and development contributors.
- Ensure proper governance, prioritization, and alignment between business and technical teams.
- Integrate AI capabilities where relevant, leveraging Salesforce Agentforce within data protection constraints.
- Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure delivery of measurable business impact.
