Senior AI Engineer

You’ll report directly to the CTO and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and the AI team, including the Head of AI & Data. The role is primarily hands-on, with around 80% of your time focused on building features and 20% on architecture and technical design. The team operates in a continuous Kanban model with a fast pace and dedicates time each week to refactoring to control technical debt.

• Strong expertise in Python
• Proven experience building and operating Python applications in cloud-based production environments
• Solid understanding of system design with focus on scalability, performance, and security—especially in B2B contexts
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using tools such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Ability to balance fast delivery with long-term code quality and maintainability

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS serverless technologies (e.g. Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Understanding of compliance and governance standards in enterprise environments (e.g. ISO, SOC2)

• Design and develop AI agents solving complex enterprise challenges, such as information extraction, intelligent summarization, and similar use cases
• Ensure data privacy and security are embedded across all solutions
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with strong engineering standards
• Stay up to date with emerging tools, frameworks, and AI approaches, and actively experiment with them
