Wymagania

  • Technical education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in IT & Software Support or a similar role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of hardware components, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

Obowiązki

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
  • Manage and support the company's network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating software documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
  • Supervise requests in the ticketing system.
  • Report bugs, perform manual testing, and coordinate implementation of new features in the internal system.
