Business Process & IT Coordinator (m/w/d)

To support the location in Chorzów, the role acts as an interface between specialist departments and central IT, focusing on process coordination and collaboration rather than classic IT administration or SAP consulting.

• Completed commercial or technical training
• 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Experience as an ERP or SAP user is an advantage
• Basic IT understanding
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of German or English

• Process and system coordination (main task)
• Contact person for specialist departments for system- and process-related topics
• Recording and structured description of requirements
• Coordination with central IT and SAP in-house consultants
• Track tickets, changes, and conversions
• Support for testing and rollouts
• Identification of potential for improvement in local processes
• Coordination with the headquarters on existing solutions

Local IT support (support activity):

• Execution of local tasks on behalf of central IT
• Support for hardware rollouts
• Coordination of external IT service providers
• On-site support for IT initiatives
