Senior Manager AI

The Senior Manager AI will lead the tactical execution and technical delivery of artificial intelligence and machine learning projects focused on drug discovery, clinical trials, or operational workflows. The role involves managing a team of specialists to deliver innovative, robust, scalable, and compliant AI solutions.

• Direct professional experience in the Life Science sector with practical application of AI/ML in GxP environments and validated systems.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or Data Science, including at least 4 years managing AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong technical background in machine learning frameworks, data engineering, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles using Agile or similar methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions, from proof-of-concept to production deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with industry-specific regulatory standards, including documentation for model validation and data integrity.
• Manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical mentorship and optimizing resources.
• Collaborate with data owners to maintain high-quality data pipelines for accurate and unbiased model training.
• Monitor model performance in production, implementing retraining loops and quality checks for reliability and accuracy.
