Wymagania
- Extensive experience in the Life Science industry, including a deep understanding of GxP regulations, clinical trial processes, or drug discovery workflows.
- Proven track record (8+ years) in managing large-scale IT programs, specifically focused on AI/ML implementation.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, navigating the complexities of pharmaceutical or biotech organizational structures.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and domain experts.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business and scientific value.
Obowiązki
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI integration across various Life Science domains.
- Ensure all AI programs comply with industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Lead the validation and documentation efforts required for AI models in a regulated Life Science context.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding AI program status and strategic alignment.
