Wymagania
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred).
- Experience analyzing system logs and working with monitoring tools.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience supporting production and test environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of SOA / ESB / OSB integrations.
Obowiązki
- Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM production and test environments.
- Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and provide effective resolutions.
- Support Change Management processes and deployment activities.
- Provide operational support to business users and project teams.
- Work with SQL queries, system logs, and monitoring tools to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with development and integration teams on CRM ecosystem improvements.
- Support integrations with back-office systems (SOA / ESB).
- Contribute to environment stabilization and operational process optimization.
- Assist in automation of monitoring and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain operational and technical documentation.
