Wymagania

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support).
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience analyzing system logs and working with monitoring tools.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Experience supporting production and test environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of SOA / ESB / OSB integrations.

Obowiązki

  • Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM production and test environments.
  • Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Support Change Management processes and deployment activities.
  • Provide operational support to business users and project teams.
  • Work with SQL queries, system logs, and monitoring tools to ensure platform stability.
  • Collaborate with development and integration teams on CRM ecosystem improvements.
  • Support integrations with back-office systems (SOA / ESB).
  • Contribute to environment stabilization and operational process optimization.
  • Assist in automation of monitoring and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain operational and technical documentation.
