Sky-Shop.pl is a company supporting e-commerce in Poland since 2009, creating a subscription-based online store platform used by over 37,000 stores.

• Knowledge of basic IT services: domains, hosting, SSL.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of internet services from technical and user perspectives.
• Enjoys phone conversations and can flexibly solve problems.
• Able to communicate clearly and correctly via email and phone.
• High personal culture.
• Strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SaaS services in the e-commerce industry.
• Experience in B2B client support via hotline and/or ticket system.
• Commercial experience in e-commerce or IT.
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools.

• Communication with clients through various contact channels including hotline, ticket system, and chat.
• Assisting clients in configuration, operation, and testing of Sky-Shop software.
• Resolving current technical issues and reporting them.
• Proposing new features and changes to improve the platform's operation.
• Maintaining a good brand image and client satisfaction.
