Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a leading leader in the automotive sector. The position is for the financial SSC branch in Warsaw.

• 4-5 years of experience managing complex projects with high quality standards.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence (MUST HAVE).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Experience managing business, obligatory/regulatory projects (nice to have).
• Experience in insurance/leasing/banking/loan industries.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage project teams.
• Knowledge of full project lifecycle: initiation → planning → execution → stabilization → closure.
• Risk management and project planning skills.
• Ability to prepare and present materials for management.
• Very good work organization, independence, multitasking.
• Developed communication skills and relationship building.
• Knowledge of budgeting and project accounting.
• Experience in business process modeling and optimization.

• Planning and coordinating project execution at all stages from initiation to closure.
• Managing the project team: delegating tasks, resource planning, monitoring progress.
• Supervising scope, schedule, risks, changes, and project communication.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.
• Preparing reports and materials for management and presenting project results.
• Maintaining project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports.
• Analyzing project data (progress, risks, milestones, finances) and generating management reports.
