The Low Code Platforms practice is part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Center of Excellence, addressing the demand for automation with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Mendix, and Pegasystems. The team builds cross-functional solutions integrating low-code automation with other technologies and delivers advisory and implementation services under platform design best practices and defined methodologies.

• Experienced as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer for 1+ year
• Holder of bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Skilled in implementing RPA solutions with Power Automate Desktop
• Certified in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900, PL-200)
• Accustomed to working within an Agile Scrum team
• Familiar with other low-code and RPA platforms

• Work with modern Microsoft low-code solutions for business automation
• Design, deliver, and support various solutions from large-scale ground-up custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration services
• Customize industry sector-focused packages to help clients meet business objectives
• Establish implementation capabilities, limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces for end-user solutions within a diverse SDLC team
• Carry out process-oriented application workflow configuration, component and integration testing within the Low Code platform
• Troubleshoot platform automation issues and communicate with platform support teams to resolve them
• Conduct peer reviews of other team members, validating code for compliance with standards and best practices
