Data Analyst

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves supporting the AI for Tech Data workstream, ensuring AI solutions adhere to data standards and governance frameworks, designing and implementing processes, delivering proof-of-concept initiatives, and establishing oversight mechanisms for data-related AI use cases.

• Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills with experience in process design, governance, or delivery within a technology or data environment.
• Working knowledge of data management concepts including data standards, metadata, lineage, data quality, and access controls.
• Ability to create clear artefacts such as workflows, RACIs, templates, and actionable management information using Excel, Power BI, and/or Jira/Confluence reporting.
• Confident stakeholder management across Data Governance, Architecture, Engineering, and Risk/Control functions.
• Practical mindset balancing innovation and control with delivery pace.
• Familiarity with AI/ML delivery methods and experience with reusable pattern libraries is highly beneficial.

• Support the AI for Tech Data workstream by ensuring AI solutions comply with data standards and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement processes related to AI data governance.
• Deliver proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Establish oversight mechanisms for data-related AI use cases across the organization.
• Create clear artefacts such as workflows, RACIs, templates, and actionable management information using Excel, Power BI, and/or Jira/Confluence reporting.
• Manage stakeholders across Data Governance, Architecture, Engineering, and Risk/Control functions.
• Identify existing reusable data patterns.
• Define a simple taxonomy and publish templates.
• Curate an initial set of patterns and coordinate demos to drive adoption.
• Manage use case status, data owners, datasets, overlaps, and dependencies.
• Develop dashboards for governance cadence and decision-making.
• Handle control points and evidence requirements.
• Manage exception handling workflows.
• Oversee management information and reporting procedures.
