RPA Developer (UiPath)

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of collaboration dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of self-employment – B2B – and implementing projects for leading clients pursuing innovative and cutting-edge projects. For our client, a leader in business automation and technology solutions, we are looking for an experienced RPA Developer who will work closely with international customers, driving automation design, development, and deployment using UiPath technologies.

• At least 3 years of experience developing automation solutions with UiPath
• Understanding of RPA lifecycle, from process assessment to production support
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or public sector)
• Knowledge of API integration, data management, and orchestration workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Certification in UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect is an advantage

Nice to have:

• R programming language

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath
• Maintain and support implemented solutions, ensuring high performance, stability, and compliance with operational standards
• Lead or support process analysis, working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business workflows
• Leading workshops and meetings
• Verify and validate business cases, ensuring that automation projects deliver clear, measurable benefits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and process owners, to ensure seamless delivery and adoption
• Ensure quality and documentation, following best practices throughout the RPA lifecycle
• Continuously innovate, exploring new UiPath features, AI integration, and opportunities for scaling automation across the organization
