GTM Engineer

Modash is building a platform where brands find, partner with, and pay creators, powered by data on over 350 million social accounts.

• Comfortable and experienced with outbound marketing tools such as Clay and Instantly, ensuring data integration with CRM (HubSpot).
• Experience building outbound programs from scratch in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong writing skills, capable of independently writing web page copy and emails.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions independently, deliver results, and iterate.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varied problems and opportunities.

Nice to have:

• Foundational marketing knowledge including understanding of the 4Ps and B2B buying processes.
• Past experience working in early-stage environments or building projects independently.
• Exposure to hybrid go-to-market motions combining self-serve and sales-led approaches.

• Own the end-to-end process of qualifying demo calls using a custom internal AI tool called “Leadgate”.
• Collaborate with leadership to iterate on call qualification criteria and prospect prioritization.
• Own and iterate on the demo booking page including copy, design, and form fields.
• Create and improve the "rejection experience" for non-ideal customer profile (non-ICP) demo requests to route them to self-serve options.
• Manage the outbound cold email program, including approving outreach lists, writing and approving email copy, strategizing responses, and ensuring smooth handling of positive replies.
• Develop strategies to increase the percentage of ICP trial sign-ups who book calls with sales.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and CRM manager to align on processes and data flows.

• Fully remote work is available only for Europe-based candidates.
• Must work EU business hours to overlap with team members.
