Allegro is hiring a Data Analyst to provide end-to-end analytical support for Smart! initiatives, campaigns, and product development. The role involves collaborating with product, tech, UX, and business teams to optimize customer lifecycle, loyalty, and engagement.


Wymagania

  • At least 2 years of experience analyzing large datasets and combining multiple data sources
  • Practical knowledge of SQL (must have)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio
  • Experience with A/B testing and product analytics
  • Applied knowledge of statistics
  • Good knowledge of Python (nice to have)
  • Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations and influence decisions
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • English language proficiency at B2 level and Polish at C2 level

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of BigQuery, Airflow, Git
  • Experience with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Experience in building customer loyalty and subscription-based products

Obowiązki

  • Provide end-to-end analytical support for Smart! initiatives, campaigns, and product development
  • Proactively generate hypotheses, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations
  • Conduct analyses such as customer lifecycle & churn, customer segmentation & journey analysis, campaign performance & post-mortems, A/B testing and experimentation, forecasting, and business case evaluation
  • Support key areas including Smart! lifecycle optimisation, development of Smart! portfolio (Smart! Trial, external partnerships, Coins programme), loyalty and engagement growth via various incentives
  • Build and maintain dashboards and dataflows for monitoring ongoing campaigns and initiatives
  • Design and monitor KPIs, recommend corrective actions during live campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, tech, UX, and business teams
  • Effectively communicate insights and present recommendations in a clear, business-oriented way
