TUiR WARTA S.A. is the second largest insurance company in Poland with over 100 years of history. The internship is designed for students or graduates at the beginning of their careers who want to learn from industry leaders.

• Be a student or graduate of STEM fields (mathematics, computer science, economics, etc.).
• Interest in data analysis and working with numbers.
• Be independent and engaged.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Responsible and able to organize work time well.
• Availability from July to the end of September, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, in a hybrid work system.
• Willingness to continue cooperation after the internship period.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL, Excel with VBA, and/or Python is a strong advantage.

PROFIL 1: Big Data i taryfikacja:

• Work with large data sets in data warehouse and Big Data systems.
• Process, clean, and analyze tariff data and ensure data quality.
• Support tariffing and claims processes.
• Analyze data errors and prepare data for further analysis.

PROFIL 2: Raportowanie i analizy biznesowe:

• Prepare reports and business analyses related to insurance portfolio, sales, and other indicators.
• Work with BI tools, create visualizations, and support report automation.
• Support business decisions and operational processes.

PROFIL 3: Analityka zaawansowana - Python, Big Data i AI:

• Analyze and process large data sets using Python and SQL.
• Create new variables and support modeling processes.
• Work with data from various sources including API and web scraping.
• Automate data processing.
• Participate in projects related to GenAI and modern AI solutions in insurance.
