IT Development Program (3-12 months, part-time / full-time)

Information Technology at Procter & Gamble integrates business, innovation, and technology to create competitive advantages. The program offers opportunities to develop technical, leadership, and influence skills across areas such as Engineering, Analytics, Product Management, and Information Security.

• 3rd, 4th, 5th year students or graduates with passion for business and technology
• Basic programming skills in any general-purpose programming language
• Problem solving skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change
• Very strong leadership, teamwork, innovation, and analytical skills
• English fluency (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with JavaScript, Python, Scala, Java
• Basics of cloud knowledge: Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Spark, Databases, SQL
• Any IT certification (e.g., Bootcamp, SCRUM, or Cloud Certification)

• Develop code to solve business problems
• Communicate and cooperate with all involved parties
• Coordinate technical changes and requirements and establish the right user experience
• Gather business requirements and lead process simplification, issue resolution, and manage changes
• Provide business and technical insights
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver against business needs
