Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10, 11), MS Office 365, LibreOffice, MS Teams, MS Outlook, Thunderbird, SharePoint sufficient to resolve technical and user issues.
  • Good understanding of network concepts (LAN, WLAN, network resources, network printers).
  • User-level knowledge of VPN solutions (OpenVPN, Ipsec).
  • Ability to properly configure computer hardware (PC, Mac, mobile) and diagnose and resolve technical and usage problems with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, UPS, audio/video conferencing systems, peripherals, VoIP phones, and smartphones.
  • Experience working in a domain environment (Microsoft Active Directory) including onboarding new users and setting up new workstations.
  • Familiarity with Group Policy, PXE, WDS, MDT, Print server, Netbios, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, WPA2 Personal+Enterprise, certificates, and qualified signatures.
  • User-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 platform (OneDrive, Outlook on the Web, SharePoint Online, Teams, Multifactor Authentication).
  • Ability to create technical documentation and work meticulously with ticketing and change management systems.
  • User-level knowledge of Linux, Android, MacOS, iOS.
  • Experience with Windows cmd/powershell and Linux shell environments.
  • Strong focus on quality of solutions and project management.
  • Communicative, high personal culture, open and enthusiastic about daily user contact, assertive.
  • Ability to work in a team, including under pressure and in dynamic conditions.
  • Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with ESET Protect, 3CX PBX, Redmine, Zabbix, Lansweeper, Synology, video monitoring, building automation (access systems, alarm systems), and server and network hardware.

Obowiązki

  • Receiving and handling service requests as part of first-line IT support.
  • Diagnosing and resolving current technical issues for end users working both in-office and remotely.
  • Providing substantive support and consultations on email, software usage, VPN/WiFi, password and certificate management, and IT hardware.
  • Supervising continuity and maintaining order in the company's IT infrastructure including devices, software, legality, inventory, and solution consistency.
  • Installing, deploying, migrating, configuring, and technically supporting IT hardware, operating systems, user software, and networks.
  • Actively participating in creating, testing, and implementing new internal IT solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with server (Microsoft, Linux) and network administrators.
  • Creating, developing, and updating technical and user documentation (procedures, instructions, technical descriptions) using WIKI systems, ticketing systems, and infrastructure change tracking.
  • Ensuring quality and security of IT solutions used by end users.
  • Cooperating with suppliers of consumables, hardware, services, and maintenance.
  • Maintaining daily direct contact and building positive relationships with end users.
  • Working in a hybrid Windows/Linux/Mac environment with on-premise and Microsoft 365/Azure cloud solutions.
  • Operating in a network environment (Active Directory domain).
