Regional Chief Information Security Officer for Eastern Europe

• Experience in understanding security risks, identifying gaps, and creating risk mitigation and remediation plans.
• Knowledge of IT security technologies including network, firewall, proxy, VPN, anti-malware, email protection, system security controls, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
• In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks, threat vectors, risk management, and incident management.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and other security standards and frameworks.
• Ability to engage with Business Leaders and Chief Security Officer hierarchy.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage global teams and drive change.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under high pressure.
• Excellent command of English.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability for occasional travel within Europ Assistance countries and Paris.

• Manage the cybersecurity posture of Europ Assistance entities in Eastern Europe in coordination with the Group Security function and local IT teams.
• Define and implement a Security Strategic Plan aligned with the Group's Security Strategic Plan.
• Determine methods to implement, enforce, and advise on security-related issues.
• Mitigate risk exposure by defining appropriate risk treatment plans.
• Lead the Security transformation journey focusing on Information Security, Physical Security, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity.
• Establish holistic security management.
• Ensure informed security decisions and escalate to executive management when required.
• Secure and monitor resources and budget to implement the Security Strategic Plan.
• Coordinate and execute Group security initiatives locally and report to the holding security team.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute local penetration test campaigns for critical applications in cooperation with Group Security.
