Frontend Developer // React

MindPal Sp. z o. o. is focused on revolutionizing renewable energy through software development, working on a renewable energy platform with a mission to accelerate sustainability impact.

• 2 years of frontend development experience with React as the main tool.
• Willingness to occasionally work on backend tasks.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Solid experience working with APIs.
• Strong collaboration skills and at least B2 level English proficiency.
• Proficiency with git and the git-flow process.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or other backend technologies.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL.

• Use React expertise to develop modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces within a monorepo architecture.
• Write clean and maintainable code with a focus on unit testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate across the stack, contributing occasionally to backend development.
• Participate in architectural decisions, tool selection, and best practices to ensure technical excellence.
• Work closely with the client and team to deliver impactful solutions on sustainability.

Work mode: Hybrid – at least 3 days per week on-site at the office in Gliwice, Silesia.
