Senior Remediation Execution Analyst

• Good PowerPoint skills and basic Excel skills as primary tools used
• Experience managing smaller projects, including overseeing a portfolio of small projects and teams, securing progress in remediation activities, handling delays and impediments, and reporting
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate comprehensively to ensure inputs from various teams are delivered correctly and on time for COO/SATL/SDTL reports and meetings
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages clearly and professionally to stakeholders
• Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira to support development of Uplift Application Failover in Jira
• Great stakeholder management skills to engage with stakeholders across the organization
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Tracking the remediation progress at Service Domain Technical Lead level and nominated Points of Contact when relevant
• Preparing and facilitating monthly meetings with stakeholders
• Ensuring sufficient progress reports have been received for all applications
• Updating and reporting progress to the reporting team (for SATL / COO) and relevant documents
• Maintaining and enhancing communication with business area representatives and monitoring remediation activities progress
• Ensuring relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains
• Escalating and handling issues and dependencies with WS2 lead
