Senior Remediation Execution Analyst

• Good PowerPoint skills and basic Excel skills
• Experience managing smaller projects, including overseeing a portfolio of small projects and teams
• Ability to secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments, and reporting for teams
• Ability to meet deadlines and strong communication skills to ensure correct and timely inputs for COO/SATL/SDTL reports and meetings
• Strong communication skills to convey messages clearly and professionally to stakeholders
• Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira is beneficial
• Great stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Track remediation progress at the Service Domain Technical Lead level and with nominated Points of Contact when relevant
• Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure sufficient progress reports have been received for all applications
• Update and report progress to the reporting team (for SATL / COO) and relevant documents
• Maintain and enhance communication with business area representatives and monitor remediation activities progress
• Ensure relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains
• Escalate and handle issues and dependencies with WS2 lead

Work 3 days from the office per week and 2 days remotely
