Wymagania
- PMO experience within strong IT program/project management
- Good foundational knowledge of DORA and general Resilience topics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within large ICT programs
- Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to navigate in Program Management areas, including executive reporting, operational risk management, and dependency management
- Proactive, self-driven, self-organized with excellent time management skills
- Able to communicate professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with a team of experts and reporting to the program manager on assigned tasks and initiatives
Obowiązki
- Partner with the wider Program Management Office and report to the Program Manager
- Provide tactical support to the Program Sponsor
- Compile executive reporting
- Coordinate and follow-up on several activities
- Manage Program’s risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support the Program Management Office with ad-hoc tasks
