Wymagania
- Degree in psychology
- Strong understanding of cognitive and developmental psychology
- Familiarity with research methods and/or psychometrics
- Ability to think in terms of systems, relationships, and models
- Openness to working in an iterative product environment
- Willingness to connect theory with practical application
Nice to have:
- Research experience, whether quantitative or qualitative
- Experience working directly with users, children, parents, or educational contexts
- Interest in AI, technology, or digital products
- Experience working in project-based or cross-functional environments

- Create and develop psychological and behavioral models
- Design mechanisms in AI systems based on psychological knowledge
