Wymagania
- Experience in managing a team or project.
- Preferably higher education in IT or related field.
- Strong general knowledge of IT hardware (computers, systems, servers, mobile devices, peripherals).
- Good knowledge of Office 365 administration, Windows Server, Linux, SQL.
- Knowledge of server virtualization technology based on VMware.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other office applications.
- Communicative English language skills.
- Good communication skills, engagement, and availability.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of network management.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of OT and IoT technologies.
Obowiązki
- Organize IT team work and monitor helpdesk KPIs including handling electronic ticketing system.
- Supervise server and network infrastructure (Active Directory/Azure Active Directory; Windows Server/Linux/SQL; Cambium Network Controller).
- Ensure information security within the organization.
- Optimize team work and execute IT projects.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide effective IT support and deliver project results in IT infrastructure projects.
- Ensure operational continuity of the factory IT systems and devices.
- Plan budget and control fixed assets of the IT department.
