IT Support Specialist

GuestSage is a technology company producing AI-based solutions for hotel and lodging facilities. Their goal is to support hotels in automating processes efficiently, improving guest experiences, and optimizing revenues. Key partners include KWHotel, Booking.com, and Expedia Group.

• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment and independently.
• High interpersonal skills, proactivity, and engagement.
• Communicative level of English.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of web development (HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, cache).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of REST API and ability to interpret API responses.
• Experience in a similar position or knowledge of the HoReCa industry.
• Optional knowledge of Spanish or German.

• Phone and email support for software users.
• Providing technical support for issues reported by users of the Guest Sage system.
• Advising on company services and products.
• Monitoring services and recurring problems.
• Preparing instructions, documentation, and procedures.
• Conducting training and configuration meetings for clients as needed.
