Senior Java Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The team is small and high-impact, responsible for enabling other engineering teams to deliver faster while meeting regulatory controls.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins)
• Experience with TDD and test automation techniques
• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues under pressure
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to have:

• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and concurrency in Java
• Knowledge of Clean Code principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices
• Exposure to cloud-native tools and scalable architectures (AWS/GCP is an advantage)

• Troubleshoot production issues and support live environments (you build it, you run it)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global platforms in an agile environment
• Continuously innovate and challenge status quo by introducing tools and practices that increase speed, safety, and quality
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture
