CAVATINA Holding S.A. is the largest Polish developer of office space. Their projects are distinguished by unique architecture, awarded in Polish and international competitions. They manage all key investment processes independently, from acquisition, architectural design, interior arrangement to general contracting and finishing of spaces. The team consists of over 320 experts from various fields.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial programming experience in Python and/or JS/TS
• Practical knowledge of Anthropic API or other LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools (Cursor, Copilot Workspace)
• Ability to write effective prompts and design prompt systems
• Knowledge of REST API and working with external integrations (webhooks, JSON, OAuth)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of business processes and ability to communicate with non-technical departments
• Independence and proactivity: ability to complete projects without constant supervision

• Designing and implementing applications using Claude Code (CLI) and Anthropic API
• Building agentic workflows with tools, MCP servers, and external integrations
• Creating system prompts, prompt chaining, and model control logic
• Integrating AI solutions with existing systems (ERP, documents, databases, MS 365, REST API)
• Conducting interviews with company departments to identify automatable processes
• Mapping processes and assessing automation potential (impact vs. complexity)
• Implementing bots, scripts, and tools to eliminate repetitive manual work
• Documenting implemented solutions and training end users
