AI Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of tools and frameworks for building services using LLM, e.g., langchain4j, google-adk
• Knowledge of Google BigQuery (modeling, cost and performance optimization, permissions, views, routines)
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines
• Knowledge of DevSecOps patterns

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of semantic/metrics layer (semantic layer, cache, pre-aggregations, metrics governance)
• Experience with vector or graph databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Neo4j)
• Experience in evaluating GenAI systems quality (evals, A/B testing of prompts)

• Designing and developing Data Lake and Data Warehouse (DWH) with data feeding processes (online/offline)
• Building and maintaining data pipelines on-premises and in GCP (BigQuery)
• Data modeling and SQL query optimization
• Creating data processing workflows in Python and/or Rust
• Developing AI/LLM solutions, including a "chat with data" system (NL2SQL, RAG)
• Implementing solutions according to DevSecOps and maintaining production systems
• Monitoring, supporting tests, and resolving incidents in data systems
