Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
- Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM and S/4HANA
- Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- German language proficiency at C1 level or communicative with willingness to learn
- Willingness to familiarize intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions
