Mobile Software Engineer 1

Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) with working hours starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The team is based in Poznań. The position offers 30 days of occasional remote work and an annual bonus depending on annual assessment and company results.

• Proficient in English and Polish at least at B2 level.

• Work on one of the industry's largest and most modularized codebases as part of the Mobile DEX (Delivery Experience) team.
• Help users choose the best delivery method, keep track of parcels, and manage pickups from various places using multiple methods.
• Implement new features and improve the whole process by delivering innovative solutions and maintaining a clean and scalable codebase.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled mobile engineers with high seniority level.
• Participate in Allegro’s mobile community of more than 100 mobile developers, sharing knowledge through daily code reviews and dedicated company events.
• Engage in team building and listen to inspiring guests from outside the company.
