Business Process Analyst

• Proven track record in process analysis and optimisation
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an international, diverse environment, preferably within professional services
• Practical experience running workshops at different organisational levels
• Good understanding of GBS, SSC, or BPO delivery models, business functions, and continuous improvement tools
• Practical continuous improvement and process analysis capabilities
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks, Process360, and understanding of BPMN standards
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, cultivating relationships
• Confident English communication skills (C1/C2) with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong drive for achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes with accountability
• Ability to adapt swiftly in changing environments and manage ambiguity positively
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and strong stakeholder management skills
• University graduate
• Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Data analytics skills

• Applying process mapping and process analysis tools and methodologies to support identification of process opportunities for improvement
• Running root cause analysis to identify and define process improvement opportunities
• Supporting process workshops to analyse the as-is process and identify optimisation opportunities
• Working in a team to deliver improvement and/or transformation initiatives
• Supporting business case development, defining case for change and benefit tracking
• Running process analysis to identify process inconsistencies, process performance issues, and standardisation opportunities across markets, departments and business functions
• Implementing transformation initiatives against plan, scope and business case
• Regularly aligning with stakeholders to report progress and present process opportunities
• Participating in process analysis workshops and delivering process mapping outcomes
• Maintaining open and transparent communication within the team, providing proactive updates on progress and challenges
