• Completed degree in Computer Science and professional experience in the field of IT.
• Proven knowledge of areas such as Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ITIL is an additional advantage.
• Strong communication skills and openness to information exchange at a global level.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• You will be responsible for the architecture of client systems, as well as the further development and support of the Windows client environment, covering approximately 5,000 workstations across Europe and the United States.
• You will develop and refine standards for Microsoft IT infrastructure (Microsoft AD/Entra, Azure).
• You will act as a point of contact for technical support inquiries for 2nd and 3rd line support.
• You will use Microsoft technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, O365, and Azure AD/Entra to deploy and update software.
• You will work independently and manage projects, serving as the point of contact for our external IT service providers.
