Specjalista ds. platformy BPM (WEBCON BPS) (K/M)

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with WEBCON BPS
• Good knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio (configuration, error analysis, debugging)
• Experience in system maintenance (incident and problem resolution)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and WEBCON environment (IIS, MS SQL Server)
• Basic knowledge of system integrations (REST/SOAP API, ESB)
• Ability to work with requirements (analysis, clarification, documentation)
• Independence and very good communication with business and IT

Nice to have:

• Experience in project-driven industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics)
• Basic knowledge of WEBCON BPS extensions (SDK .NET/C#)
• Experience in development or maintenance of workflow systems
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• WEBCON certifications

• Maintain and develop the WEBCON BPS platform (applications, processes, forms, reports)
• Act as a technical expert and support for the Product Owner
• Define implementation and maintenance standards for WEBCON platform solutions
• Participate in development projects from concept through implementation, deployment, and stabilization
• Manage backlog and participate in planning the platform development roadmap
• Analyze, develop, and modify applications and processes based on provided requirements and guidelines
• Participate in integration work (implementation, configuration) in cooperation with architects
• Ensure system continuity (2nd line support, analyze complex incidents and resolve problems, monitor trends and vendor releases)
• Collaborate with IT teams (infrastructure, integrations, security) regarding implemented changes and platform/environment maintenance
• Estimate costs and resources for new initiatives and provide technical input for business cases
• Coordinate work and supervise cooperation with external partners
• Create and maintain technical documentation
