SAP Specialist Procurement (m/f/d)

MAN Trucks Sp. z o.o. is one of the most modern plants in the MAN production network, located in Niepołomice near Krakow. The plant produces NTG and TG series trucks.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable
• Professional experience as a buyer or in process management with initial project management experience in agile and classic environments
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP MM module in ECC 6.0 and ideally S/4 HANA; knowledge of SAP FI/CO is an advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic or networked way of thinking with quick recognition of process-related relationships
• High degree of initiative, flexibility, goal-oriented work and responsibility
• Enthusiastic team player with a desire for self-development
• Convincing communication and presentation skills
• Very good English skills (minimum C1); knowledge of German is an advantage

• Coordinate and/or accompany process optimization projects in MAN Procurement, including technical, systemic and organizational development with a focus on SAP solutions
• Develop methods, tools, internal company standards and trainings together with colleagues
• Serve as the central contact person for questions about selected operational system processes, including 1st/2nd level support and authorization assignment (SAP, Sharepoint, file server)
• Coordinate interface processes with other MAN departments, MAN IT and other VW and/or TRATON Group brands
• Act as the central contact person in procurement for general changes to the IT infrastructure
