Data Analyst Procurement (m/f/d)

MAN Trucks Sp. z o.o. is one of the most modern plants in the MAN production network, located in Niepołomice near Krakow. The plant produces NTG and TG series trucks.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable
• Initial professional experience as a buyer or in process management
• Initial project management experience from agile and classic environments
• In-depth knowledge of reporting solutions such as SAP BI / SAC and POWER BI
• Strong analytical and strategic or networked way of thinking
• High degree of initiative, flexibility and goal-oriented work
• Enthusiastic team player
• Convincing communication and presentation skills
• Very good English skills (C1); knowledge of German is an advantage
• Ability and experience in data analysis
• Quick comprehension, assertiveness, structured and self-reliant approach
• High degree of initiative and independent work

• Coordinate and/or accompany reporting and planning projects in MAN Procurement, including professional, systemic and organizational development
• Create monthly standard reports for procurement
• Serve as the first point of contact for procurement colleagues for all ad hoc evaluations from MAN, TRATON and VW procurement systems (e.g. SAP, GLOBE, STAR, NEO)
• Develop methods, tools and standards in the area of (master) data and coordinate their implementation within procurement
• Define key figures for compliance with data quality in procurement and monitor them regularly
