Młodszy Specjalista IT-Helpdesk (k/m/x)

• Willingness to work at the main plant in Ujeździec Mały
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support or Helpdesk
• Practical skills in solving users' technical problems
• Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure administration
• Knowledge of IT security issues
• Very good work organization and proactive approach to tasks
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Comarch) is a plus

• Direct technical support for end users
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems (hardware and software)
• Administration of email accounts and ensuring continuity of IT services
• Installation and updating of company software
• Basic administration of IT equipment and network and server infrastructure
• Supervision of system security, including antivirus protection and data archiving
• Advising on IT equipment selection
