Product Owner

• Experience in implementing optimization changes
• Worked in e-commerce improving key purchase process metrics (web or app)
• Served as a Product Owner collaborating with IT teams
• Understand the role of user perspective and needs in product development
• Take ownership and responsibility for product development
• Know how to clearly define and efficiently implement new functionalities
• Appreciate the importance of data and data-driven approach in product development
• Value working in agile methodologies and are familiar with Agile values and Scrum pillars
• Able to create clear requirement descriptions
• Characterized by accuracy, professionalism, and ability to see tasks through to completion
• Possess high interpersonal skills and can easily gain people's trust
• Take initiative, are proactive and passionate in daily work

• Participate in work planning and task definition for internal development teams, create requirements and acceptance criteria
