Wymagania
- Excellent command of Polish and very good English (spoken and written).
- Pleasant appearance and communication skills.
- Good time management.
- Driving license category B (active driver).
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Professional experience in a similar position is welcome.
Obowiązki
- Technical support of medical devices offered by the company.
- Installation, configuration, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at client locations (offices, clinics, hospitals) across Poland (business trips).
- Ongoing technical support for users (doctors and medical staff) during medical and diagnostic procedures using the devices.
- Documenting and reporting daily work in CRM.
- Maintaining good client relationships and care for company image and entrusted property.
