Product Manager

Our client is a large Polish technology company providing professional services, operating dynamically and successfully in international markets.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management (applications, platforms, or cloud services) in B2B and/or B2C environments
• Experience working with product roadmaps and backlogs, collaborating with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Practical experience with Kubernetes (hands-on, e.g., in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineer roles) – knowledge of architecture, operation, and applications in production environments, as well as understanding the consequences of technical decisions
• Knowledge of the full product lifecycle – from concept, through MVP, to development and maintenance
• Experience preparing offers for the public sector (including tender procedures)
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, readiness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
• Goal-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Very good/advanced English language skills (minimum B2/C1)

• Responsible for shaping and developing the product roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and technological conditions
• Close cooperation with development teams in an Agile environment – managing the backlog and refining requirements in the form of epics and user stories
• Analyzing customer expectations and market trends and translating them into specific product initiatives
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date product documentation and implementation plans
• Participating in defining product development strategy and business models
• Monitoring competitor activities and identifying new market opportunities
• Supporting the preparation of offers, including projects for the public sector and tender procedures
• Managing cooperation with technology suppliers and selecting appropriate external solutions
• Providing expert support during product training – both internal and for clients
